Relationship Building Blocks: A workshop for couples

What does it mean to feel safe and seen with your partner? How do you communicate through a challenging interaction? How do you cultivate connection amidst a busy, fast paced life? This workshop will breakdown tools and practices that can help to create a more functional, nourishing, and thriving relationship. Co-facilitated by Somatic Therapist, Teagan Rose, and Relationship Coach, Isabel Campanelli, this relational skill-building workshop will combine practical awareness with experiential learning. In this container you'll soften into sweetness with your partner, and walk away with a thorough understanding of how to support your relationship moving forward.

Isabel and Teagan will provide a nourishing container for couples to practice uninterrupted connection, improve emotional awareness, and explore somatic practices to cultivate deeper connection within self and other.
